C.N.Redd
C.N.Redd here. I was the first (along with "Doug Flex") to be trained by Big Ron (and Larry Winters) in the spring/summer of 1989.
I don't know if I've ever said it at the time, but a huge THANK YOU goes out to BGS.
The phonies and politics drove me from the ring early in my so-called "career" (Went to computer school afterward and do that for a living), but Ron was an exception to the rule. He was (and, I'm sure, still is) a class act.
Ron put up a couple of pictures in the slide show section of his site from a match where he was my manager. Here's that match (in two parts) on YouTube (My third match ever...and definitely needed his help).

I remember your brief push as a face with Killer's ill-fated Bedlam From Boston. That was fun.

Hi Ron,
I was in attendance in Toronto's Maple Leaf Gardens in December 1985, when you pinned Rene Goulet. It was considered an upset. I remember you used a sunset flip to stun a surprised Goulet. Good to see that you are doing well 30 years later.
